Elements and Performance Criteria

  1. Identify digital supply chain capabilitiesand vision
  2. Strategy for digital supply chain implementation, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is confirmed
  3. Policies and procedures to support digital supply chain implementation are identified
  4. Technological capacity and capabilities in the supply chain are determined
  5. Level of authority for leadership of digital supply chain implementation is verified
  6. Lead digital supply chain implementation
  7. Operational improvements, to support digital supply chain implementation, are prioritised and monitored to ensure KPIs are met
  8. Linking of cross functional data in the digital supply chain is monitored to ensure stakeholders have transparency
  9. Digital supply chain implementation strategy and timeline is communicated to stakeholders

confirming level of authority for leadership of digital supply chain implementation

determining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

determining technological capacity and capabilities for digital supply chains

documenting continuous improvement activities

identifying policies and procedures that supports digital supply chain implementation

leading digital supply chain implementation strategy

prioritising and monitoring implementation requirements for operational improvements

providing training, coaching, mentoring and networking opportunities including using digital supply chain champions

reviewing and reporting on digital supply chain implementation

utilising external expertise to enhance workforce capability, as required

verifying operational improvements and solutions that can be built on existing capabilities.
